From the upbeat rhythms of Zumba and the sculpting focus of Barre to the power-packed challenge of Bootcamp Circuits and the endurance-boosting Spin classes, each session is led by passionate instructors who provide modifications for all fitness levels. You’ll enjoy a mix of bodyweight exercises, strength training, cycling, stretching, and functional movements—plus, we supply all the equipment you need.

CLASS DESCRIPTION

A heart-pumping, high energy cardio dance class featuring a full hour of aerobic work and a ton of fun! Easy-to-follow choreographed dances to popular songs from different countries and eras, as well as current hits, will be taught with cueing and quick demonstrations. Zumba/dance shoes suggested but not required. All levels welcome and modifications provided...this class can be high or low impact depending on the level of intensity you choose!

Muscle and Core Fusion is a full body workout with a focus on traditional body-weight exercises as well as hand weights and weight bars. Squats, lunges, core work, arm work, and planks are just a few examples of what this 60-minute class will bring, along with a warm-up to get the muscles ready and relaxing stretches to finish up. All levels welcome and modifications provided.

Pilates/Barre combines elements of Pilates and barre exercises, with a focus on core strength, leg work, and overall toning. Equipment used may include mats, Pilates rings and balls, light weights, and resistance bands (all provided), in addition to the ballet barre. All levels welcome and modifications offered.

As you maneuver through each station, you will be testing your power, strength, and agility. During this 60 minute class you will be pushing, pulling, squatting, lunging, and jumping your way through this full body workout! You will use a variety of equipment including, dumbbells, kettlebells, steps, balls, bars, battle ropes and more.

Your entire body will be worked throughout this exercise. You'll begin class by warming up on the bike, then spend the next 15 minutes focusing on your upper body and core, get back on the bike for another 30 minutes, conclude the class by working on your legs and core, and then finish with stretching! All of your body's muscles will be worked throughout this class.

This 60 minute class will focus on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity, and recovery, you will use a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel to push your way through this class.

This energy packed class consists of 3, 20 minute sections. You will work through a cardio station which includes lo-impact aerobics, athletic calisthenics, and step aerobics, a strength training section and a core and stretch section where you will work your abs and work to improve core strength. We will wrap up this class by spending some time stretching. This class is sure to work all parts of your body.

60 minute barre styled class that combines the elements of ballet, strength training, and cardio. This high energy class is designed to tone and sculpt your muscles, improve posture, and increase flexibility. You may use body weight, bands, balls, and light weights to target specific muscle groups.
